30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Just email us with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
Face serums and oils
Clay masks
Body bars and soaps
Any item marked final sale
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
